Do not spend too long on each question and try to avoid using the middle answer. Your first reaction will usually be the best response. If you need to change an answer, just click on one of the other boxes. 

Remember to answer all the questions. There are 96 questions and it should take you about 10-15 minutes to complete. You should get your report within a short while of completing the questionnaire and personal details form. The report on your partner will be generated by a computerized expert assessment system and substantially reflects the answers made by you. Due consideration must be given to the subjective nature of questionnaire-based ratings. We can accept no liability for the consequences of the use of this report and this includes liability of every kind for its contents.
